Return Window
At Bovshe, we offer a 15-day return window, but only for items that arrive damaged. If your item is damaged, you can request a return or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed according to our shipping timelines. Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.

Return Exclusions and Condition Criteria
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged. We do not accept returns for reasons such as disliking the color or change of mind.
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
- Gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.
- Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition along with the packing slip.
Return Shipping and Alteration Charges
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns. For custom orders, if fitting issues arise after sticking with your original measurements, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
Custom Orders
We offer one free alteration if your custom order doesn’t fit well, but customers are responsible for shipping. Please note that we do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders.
