At Bovshe, your satisfaction means everything to us. While we don’t offer returns for change of mind, we happily accept returns within 15 days if your item arrives damaged. Please share the issue with us within 48 hours of delivery so we can take care of it right away.
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), your exchange order will be processed according to our shipping timelines. Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.

Return Exclusions and Condition Criteria
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged. We do not accept returns for reasons such as disliking the color or change of mind.
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
- Gift cards are final sale and non-returnable.
- Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition along with the packing slip.
Return Shipping and Alteration Charges
If a customer requests a refund, the item must be shipped to our specified return location. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return.
If a customer requests an exchange, the item must also be shipped to our specified return location. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item, but we will cover the shipping charges for the exchanged item to be sent back to the customer.
For custom orders, if fitting issues arise after sticking with your original measurements, a minimal alteration fee may apply.
Custom Orders
We offer one free alteration if your custom order doesn’t fit well, but customers are responsible for shipping. Please note that we do not accept returns for refunds on custom orders.
