Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. However, we are unable to ship to certain countries, including Russia, Israel, Iran, Iraq, India, and any OFAC-sanctioned regions.
Shipping Timeline
Our estimated dispatch times vary depending on the product type:
Prime Items (Ready to Ship): 2-4 business days
Made-To-Measure Outerwear: 5-8 business days
Once dispatched, your order will typically be delivered within 3-4 business days.
Shipping Carriers
To provide the best possible service, Bovshe uses trusted express couriers such as DHL and FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your destination.
Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/DPO/FPO).
Customs and Import Duties
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further details on potential charges before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact both our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days of the delivery date. Claims made after 5 days may not be accepted.
If an order is verified as lost or damaged during transit, Bovshe will offer a replacement product or full store credit. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for lost orders.
Delivery Issues and Returns
- Tracking and Delivery: Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and follow up with the courier for any delivery issues.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If multiple delivery attempts fail and the package is destroyed by the courier, Bovshe is not responsible, and no refunds will be issued.
- Unaccepted Deliveries: If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to the courier, potentially leading to its destruction. In such cases, we cannot process any return requests.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Ensure that your shipping information is accurate. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot redirect it to a different address. If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information and is destroyed by the courier, Bovshe cannot issue refunds or replacements.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.
Combined Shipments
If you place multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may combine them to streamline shipping, unless otherwise instructed. Please note that this may cause a slight delay in the delivery of your orders.
Complimentary Items
Orders containing 10 or more items do not include complimentary products by default. Exceptions may apply upon approval by our customer support representatives.
