I was super surprised to feel the faux leather. It was as soft as premium leather in the cold and looked beautiful on my granddaughter. Liked it far more than I expected to.

Doesn’t feel very thick but has the look of being thick and it is still very warm. Perfect for the colder days in Fall.

My wife likes this jacket a lot. She says it fits pretty true to size and is comfortable. It's great at blocking wind. If you're going to be riding or even sitting in the football stands this fall when it's windy, this jacket will do great at keeping the chill from wind out.
